What is CPR?

CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is an emergency procedure to assist someone whose heart has stopped. It combines chest compressions and rescue breathing that restores a heartbeat and unassisted breathing in the individual. It keeps blood pumping through the body until medical assistance arrives.

Note: Only perform CPR on infants who are not breathing independently or are unconscious/unresponsive.

After signing up for your preferred class, all we need you to do is show up — no class prep is required! Our training is instructor-led and hands-on, with all crucial components included like skills check and testing, ensuring that your training fulfills AHA BLS CPR and AED Healthcare Provider certification requirements.
